Speaking ahead of the Cop31 summit, Stiell highlighted how climate-driven extreme weather is actively fueling famine, mass displacement, and conflict worldwide. He urged to rewrite the draft agenda and ensure the energy transition is addressed, highlighting the urgency of tackling fossil fuel dependence.
