Saudi Arabia strongly condemned deadly attacks by Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on civilians, calling the strikes unjustifiable and in violation of international humanitarian law. the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs accused “foreign interference” including the flow of illicit weapons, mercenaries and fighters of fueling Sudan’s three-year conflict and worsening suffering for civilians. The statement came amid accusations that the UAE is backing the RSF.
